Standard Report
The standard visit and report are aimed at the home owners who would like either to refresh their properties on a small budget, or to improve their chances of selling the property
Our offer includes a FREE visit (circa 1h for a standard 5-rooms 2-bed property).
The owner will receive a report which will include for each room the following:
- advice on painting/decorating
- advice of de-cluttering
- advice on de-personalization
- removing/adding furniture or decorations
The cost of the report is detailed below and can be calculated either per room or per property:
- £40 per room OR
- studio 2-rooms property = £75
- 1-bed 3-rooms property = £110
- 1-bed 4-rooms property = £145
- 2-bed 5-rooms property = £180
- 3-bed 6-rooms property = £200
If garden advice is needed, £50 is added to the above costs
Enhanced Report
Additional services
Aimed at the home owners who consider further improvement and re-modelling of their homes or at prospective buyers, the Enhanced report takes a step further compared to the Standard report and will include apart from the FREE visit (circa 1h for a standard 5-rooms 2-bed property) the following:
- advice on painting/decorating
- advice of de-cluttering
- advice on de-personalization
- removing/adding furniture or decorations
- 2D Floorplan of the property
- 3D plans of the property
- Advice on walls re-modelling and structural changes
- Advice on Building regulations or Planning application needed

The cost of the report is detailed below and can be calculated either per room or per property:
- £65 per room OR
- studio 2-rooms property = £120
- 1-bed 3-rooms property = £175
- 1-bed 4-rooms property = £230
- 2-bed 5-rooms property = £285
- 3-bed 6-rooms property = £340

If garden advice is needed, £80 is added to the above costs
We can provide further services on request:
- Architect or structural engineer recommendations.
- Builders or tradesmen (such as electricians/plasterers/decorators/ etc) recommendations.
- Working with you to source specific furnishings or furniture for decoration of the property.
- Helping you choose and source the materials needed (tiles, flooring, paint, etc).
- Estimate building materials needed.
- Detailed interior design advice.
